Cancelling Thai Mingles Plus
You can cancel at any time in the app: Profile → Subscription → Manage subscription (Stripe's secure customer portal). Weekly and monthly plans then stop renewing, and you keep Plus until the end of the period you've already paid for.
The 1-day pass is a one-time payment and never renews.
Refunds
Payments are generally non-refundable once a Plus period has started. But contact us within 7 days and we'll refund or credit you if:
- you were charged by mistake or charged twice, or
- you couldn't use Plus because of a problem on our side.
Boosts
A Boost can't be refunded once it has started. A bought Boost you haven't used yet can be refunded on request within 7 days of purchase.
Accounts removed for breaking the rules
If we close an account for breaking our Terms of Service, unused paid time isn't refunded unless the law requires it.
How to ask
Email contact@thaimingles.com from the address on your account, with the date of the payment. We reply within 2 business days. Refunds go back to the original payment method and can take 5–10 business days to appear.
