1. What we collect
At this pre-launch stage, this site collects only what you give us directly:
- Your email address, if you join the waitlist.
- Your name, email, and message, if you use the contact form.
We don't currently use analytics, tracking pixels, or advertising cookies on this site. If that changes, we'll update this policy first.
2. How we use it
We use your email to notify you when Thai Mingles launches and to reply to contact form messages. We don't use your email for anything else, and we don't sell or rent it to third parties.
3. Where it's stored
Waitlist and contact data is stored with a reputable third-party cloud database provider, acting as our data processor under a standard data processing agreement. We don't share this data with any other third party.
4. Cookies
This site does not set analytics or advertising cookies. It may use strictly necessary, functional cookies as the site evolves (for example, to remember a theme preference) — never for tracking you across other sites.
5. Data retention
We keep waitlist and contact data until launch communications are complete, or until you ask us to delete it — whichever is sooner.
6. Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the data we hold about you at any time by emailing contact@thaimingles.com. We'll action requests promptly.
7. Age
Thai Mingles is intended for people aged 18 and over. We don't knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
8. Changes to this policy
This policy will grow alongside the product — especially once the full app (profiles, matching, messaging) launches and a more detailed policy is needed. We'll update the date above whenever we make a change.
